1. What kind of products does Thinking Threads offer?

Thinking Threads brings together a curated range of handcrafted Indian wear — including elegant Chikankari kurtis, cotton co-ords, festive gowns, muslin sets, tops, and dupattas. Every piece reflects Indian craftsmanship with a modern twist.

2. What are the shipping charges and delivery timelines?

Shipping is free across India for prepaid orders. Orders are usually dispatched within 3–7 working days from the date of confirmation. Once shipped, delivery time depends on your city and the courier service.

3. Do you offer international shipping?

At the moment, we do not ship internationally. We currently fulfil orders within India only.

4. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with a tracking link. You can use that link to follow your package’s journey. 

5. Can I cancel or return my order?

We only accept returns if the product received is defective, damaged, or materially different from what was ordered. Refunds (if approved) are processed within 6–8 working days to your original payment method.

6. Why does the product look slightly different from the photos?

All our products are handcrafted — slight differences in colour, embroidery, or texture (up to 10–30%) are normal and add to each item’s unique charm. These variations are not considered defects.

7. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, Net Banking and COD. All payments are securely processed through trusted gateways.

8. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available. Extra COD charges applicable.
