Thinking Thread believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 7 days of receipt of the products.

In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.

In case of any Refunds approved by the Thinking Thread, it’ll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

We request our customers to carefully review the product images, description, and size chart before placing an order. Returns will not be accepted for reasons related to personal preference, such as the product not looking good on you, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with how the item suits you.Returns or exchanges will only be considered in the following cases:• The product received is damaged or defective• The wrong item was deliveredIn such cases, customers must contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.Please note that requests based on style preference, fit appearance, or personal liking will not qualify for a return.
- Please note that product images are professionally captured, but individual screens and settings may cause slight variations in color and texture compared to the actual item. We estimate a 10 to 30% difference. These variations attest to the authenticity of our handmade process. Replacements will not be allowed for handcrafted differences and color variations. Our hand-embroidered products may exhibit slight dissimilarities, enhancing their charm and uniqueness—a natural outcome of human involvement in the crafting process.
